Sweco acquires sustainability consultant Gaia

Sweco has signed an agreement to acquire Gaia Consulting Oy, a Finnish consultancy specialised in sustainable solutions. The acquisition strengthens Sweco’s position as a forerunner of sustainable development in Finland.

 

Gaia Consulting was established in 1993 and with more than 60 experts, is the largest sustainability consultancy in Finland. Gaia Consulting has offices in Helsinki and Turku, and also works internationally. The revenue in 2020 was EUR 6.3 million.
