Taaleri’s aim was to take a more holistic approach to corporate responsibility. Many important elements of responsibility had already been integrated into the business, however, a Group-level approach needed clearer definition.
Gaia supported Taaleri in validating the internal work that had been conducted and Gaia helped to define clearer focus areas and targets for responsibility. Taaleri’s staff participated in the work through interviews and a series of workshops. During the work, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals were also discussed and how Taaleri contributes to these.
Gaia produced a roadmap for developing corporate responsibility and the strategic focus areas and targets. The work allowed Taaleri to find a joint definition for its responsibility. The businesses gained concrete targets and actions for developing corporate responsibility and for responding to stakeholder expectations.
