The aim of the work was to form a strategy for Seinäjoen Energia together with the executive management and the board of the company, as well as considering the expectations of the owner. The strategy was aimed to ensure the company’s success in the energy markets of the 2020’s.
Gaia facilitated a strategy process with a row of workshops utilizing its expertise in the changing business environment. The strategy work consists of analysis of business environment, strategic choices, action plan and a road map for the whole company and the main business units.
The project resulted in a company strategy with its priorities and action plans. From the process the company achieved a clear picture and objectives for the coming years.
