Defining essential corporate responsibility themes and actions, and planning corporate responsibility actions to increase Eckerö Line’s appreciation, attractiveness and reputation.
Gaia supported Eckerö Line in defining responsibility themes and related responsibility practices by implementing a workshop for the executive team and instructing Eckerö Line’s corporate culture team to implement day-to-day responsibility actions as part of their daily work. Gaia created an action plan for communicating corporate responsibility themes and practices and integrating corporate responsibility work into the management system.
The most important actions and messages of Eckerö Line’s responsibility work were specified, and responsibility work was integrated into the management system.
